We are working with a full-service general contractor specializing in hospitality renovations, who have a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Description

  • Manage every aspect of hotel renovation, including due diligence pricing, preconstruction, model room development, material selection input and sourcing
  • Manage all phases of project management from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Project construction, interior finishes, and FF&E installation
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Set clear expectations at every level, from leadership to subcontractors, by ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Profile

  • 5-7+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction preferred).
  • Experience in high-end interiors preferred.
  • Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
  • Travel 2-3 times a month to locations on the East Coast and as far west as Texas.
  • Projects in Maryland, Massachusetts, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, and North Carolina.
  • Opportunity to grow with a smaller company and not be just a number.

Job Offer

  • Salary: $95k-$120k.
  • All travel expenses covered (hotel, flights, etc.)
  • Control over the travel schedule based on project demands and needs (no weekend travel, only weekday).
  • Seeking someone with intangibles - assertive, takes pride in their work, and is willing to do whatever it takes to succeed.
  • Bonus Structure: Based on personal project profitability (10-20%).
  • Looking to bring this person on as soon as possible.
