Responsibilities:Oversee all Human Resources functions in a supporting role to operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, career development and training.Development of Human Resources strategies, policies, and procedures in line with company strategic plan.Ensure company compliance with federal and state employment regulations regarding employment law and record-keeping regulations.Operate HR Department as an efficient cost center, continuously working to reduce overhead costs and improve HR department's value-add to company's profit.Skills:Proven success in researching and applying industry and national benchmarking studies.Possess a thorough knowledge of employee benefits including administration of retirement plans, health, disability, and life insurance.Excellent written and oral communication skills, including public speaking experience.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or equivalent required; Master's Degree preferable.PHR or SPHR Certification by Society of Human Resources Management and/or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred.Minimum of 10 years' experience in Human Resources Management.Experience within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction(A/E/C) industry preferred.Performance Expectations

Complete Annual Individual Training Program.Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performance team.Submit for approval and deliver timely annual Employee Performance Appraisals for assigned staff.KCI Technologies, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
