M1 Support Services' Principal Recruiter performs a variety of professional and administrative functions including researching, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referring job candidates for job vacancies. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Identifies necessary job duties, qualifications and skills for job vacancies.Reviews and recommends qualified candidates for future job vacancies.Develops and maintains effective working relationships with vendors, colleges, technical schools, placement agencies when required, as well as setting up and attending job fairs.Identifies qualified candidates through social and professional media outlets, resumes from job boards and through advanced resume search techniques.Develops and delivers resources to ensure a timely/quality response to internal customer recruiting, sourcing and transfers.Investigates and recommends improvements for the Strategic Business Areas for recruiting, hiring and retaining employees.Ensures effective communications with candidates, hiring managers and administrative staff.Mentors, trains and develops less experienced staff in area of expertise.Recommends placement of employment advertising.In-depth knowledge of, and adherence to federal, state and local regulations governing the employment process.Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and other practices set forth by upper management directives.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience working with recruiting and employment.Additional experience/education may be required by contract or assignment.Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access).Knowledge and experience with applicant tracking and human resources information systems.Excellent communication, effective leadership and interpersonal skills.Advanced knowledge of recruiting field, technical requirements and ability to match candidates.Working Conditions:Primary work area is an office environment.Extended periods of sitting and use of a computer while performing tasks.Travel to Company work sites, and U.S. military bases, required, when necessary.Ability to travel domestically and internationally.M1 Support Services, headquartered in Denton, Texas provides a variety of professional, technical, and maintenance services to the Department of Defense and government agencies.
