The HR Manager will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to support our company’s growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive and innovative HR professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment. The successful candidate will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Implement and manage performance management systems to ensure employee performance aligns with company goals.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Coordinate and oversee employee training and development programs.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and cost-effective.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a human resources role, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
