Position HighlightsThis role is pivotal to the daily success of the Arizona Ticket Office. This position oversees ticket operations for men's basketball plus one other sport (to be determined). Responsibilities encompass all aspects of ticketing for their assigned sports, from start to finish, as well as leading the box office on event days. The position reports to the Assistant AD, Ticket Operations and Customer Service and acts within the rules and regulations of the University, Conference, and NCAA.The Athletics Department is dedicated to excellence in collegiate sports, building a modern model of intercollegiate athletics fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, and student-athlete success.

This position requires the ability work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel for competition.

click here .Duties & ResponsibilitiesManages ticket operations for assigned sports including programming, renewals, invoicing, seat relocations, digital ticketing management, and postseason processesPrimary ticket operations sport lead for Men's Basketball and one other assigned sport (to be determined)Secondary ticket operations sport lead for Football, working closely with Assistant AD on all aspects of ticketing for football game daysAssists with managing daily operations of the ticket officeAssist with hiring, training, and supervising student workers in-office and at eventsCollaborate with multiple departments including Development, Ticket Sales, and Marketing on ticket sales plans, strategy, and timelines for assigned sportsAssist the ticketing staff by providing updated sales materials and training when necessary to provide a high level of service for customersAbility to problem solve and make decisionsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, and project a positive, professional attitudeExpected to build relationships with coaches, interdepartmental staff, and campus partners, along with keeping customer service as a top prioritySelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated to initiate, lead, and support value-added projectsDemonstrated organizational skills, including the ability to plan, establish priorities, and successfully manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneouslyAdditional duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, andtime management skillsProficient in MS Office suiteMinimum Qualifications

Bachelor's DegreeFive years of experience within collegiateor professional ticket operations with Paciolan Ticketing system or acomparable ticketing systemAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degreeDemonstrated extensive knowledge of the Paciolan Ticketing SystemDirect experience within Division 1 collegiate athletic ticket operations
