Associate Director - Delivery Manager is a hands-on project manager who works in an exciting, highly visible role within the Customer Experience and Innovation team. You will play a pivotal role in our Agile transformation working with our Innovation Team made up of product strategists and engineers to work on cutting-edge solutions for our customers across Moody’s.
Key ResponsibilitiesUse your deep knowledge of the design thinking and Agile frameworks / methodologies to help teams and the organization at large understand how to practice agility
Support the innovation leads in creating an environment that fosters high-performing teams
Collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization and facilitate the adoption of standard intake, prioritization, and innovation processes
Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor, troubleshoot, collaborate to solve issues, and communicate impacts/progress to internal/external stakeholders
Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring successful delivery of outsourced components
Minimum QualificationsUnderstands product operating models, agile, design thinking and innovation frameworks.
5+ years of experience in program or project management preferably in Fintech or data analytics environment
Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, SmartSheet, or MS Project
Scrum Master certification and understanding of other Agile frameworks and waterfall methodology
Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $139,800.00 - $202,650.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moody’s also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
