Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, detailed and team oriented, driven, and efficient Project Administrator to join the PURIS team. This position is responsible for providing day to day administrative and operational activities to support the local business unit to develop, enhance and execute procedures and policies in alignment with company goals and objectives. The role entails working and reporting directly to the operations management team.
Responsibilities:
To manage projects' daily production report including project man hours, materials cost, post CCTV videos and other project deliverables.Manages policies and procedures impacting projects performance such as purchase orders impacting projects.Work with payables departments to support related projects cost and expenses through Acumatica and its reporting to reflect accurate information.To develop, implement and improve documentation control procedures that will result in an efficient process to produce PayApps.Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of internal or external customers.Producing projects progress reports.To generate purchase orders required by business unit personnel.Ensure projects documentation is shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.Works with Project Management, HR and Payroll to produce information required according to project deliverables.Works with Project Management to set up jobs in Acumatica to have wages information properly allocated to projects.Hands on team member who provides full cycle, day to day support across all levels.The above list is not all inclusive. Performs other duties as assigned. Note: Additional responsibilities may vary based on Business Unit requirements as assigned by the Area Director.Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience in similar role.Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-orientedProficient in Microsoft Suite (MS Project scheduling is preferred)Skilled collaboratorExcels in a high-paced work environment.Critical thinking, evaluation and analytical skillsStrong communication skills both oral and written.Ability to multi-task effectivelyFocused and supportive to management alwaysSelf-starter who works well independentlyAdaptable and calm under pressureBenefits:
