Hamdan Resources is a Veteran Owned Business. We are a full-service staffing agency that focuses on providing Contract-to-Hire, Project Based, Direct Hire, and Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) to our clients Nationwide. We specialize in placing professionals in the Technology/Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, and Recruiting/HR/Administrative fields, using top recruiting resources.

What you'll do:Source resumesPre-screen candidatesSchedule interviews and prepare interview materialsFacilitate on and offsite interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experienceEnter applications and interview notes into the applicant tracking systemProvide administrative support to the management teamWork alongside HR Associates to facilitate new hire on-boardingPost positions and research new advertising opportunitiesAdditional duties and special Recruiting projects as neededWhat you have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience1-2 years of experience in a similar roleAre a self-starter who understands executing with urgency, and the ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environmentAccuracy and attention to detail are essential requirements for this position.Knowledgeable in internet recruiting techniquesCandidate sourcing and screening skillsThe ability to prioritize, manage time well, stay organized, quickly address needs and adjust focus as neededOutstanding oral and written communication skillsQuick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a teamAbility to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretionWhat's in it for You:
