Job Description
Land Development Manager
Brief list of Responsibilities:
Review permitting ordinances.
Prepare Starts Meetings and NOI.
Provide site inspections for project status.
Create and maintain budgets and development schedules.
Coordinate with engineers and consultants.
Manage permitting and close-out requirements.
Oversee construction of entrances, lots, amenities, and infrastructure.
Coordinate contractors and inspectors.
Track plats, bonds, and as-builts.
Ensure compliance with regulations and timelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; or five plus years relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Pdf Expert or similar software.
Familiarity with KOVA software preferred.
