Prepare annual budgets by working closely with the Firm's leadersUpdate forecasts and prepare analysis of forecast vs actual resultsCreate dashboard of key statisticsPrepare monthly Executive Committee financial packagePrepare periodic financial statements including footnotes.Manage benefit audits including report writingDevelop Enterprise Risk Management Program (ERM) including compliance monitoringPreparation of annual insurance renewalsAssist with other projects as neededDevelop and implement creative technologies to improve processes
Requirements-
5+ years of senior level accounting experienceCPA a plus4 year degree required; accounting/finance degree preferredMust be well organized and a self-starterAbility to interact with senior management in a professional mannerAbility to take initiative, work well independently and with othersKnowledge of Adaptive budgeting and financing tools and Sage Intacct GL a plusProficient in Excel and Word
