We are looking for a production worker to join our team and help improve our production line. This is a non exempt role You'll perform various tasks, including maintaining and operating the production equipments. An outstanding production worker should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality. If you are familiar with these tasks and interested in working at a well-functioning factory, let's meet.
Responsibilities
Assemble productsOperate production equipment (sealer, inkjet printer, strip cutter)Store products and materialsMeet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shiftReport on defective productsCheck stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materialsKeep the worksite cleanInteract and collaborate with Spanish team on production tasks and fulfillmentRequirements
Spanish BilingualPrevious experience as a production worker or similar roleKnowledge of basic safety rulesGood communication and teamwork skillsHigh School Diploma/GED
