Experienced Accountant/Accounting Manager Needed for Growing Insurance CompanyJoin this dynamic team in Denver as an experienced Accountant/Manager with a growing insurance company. This role focuses on managing monthly general ledger cash account reconciliations for various entities within their group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage monthly cash account reconciliations- Produce journal entries for monthly GAAP close- Coordinate expense settlements between entities- Support internal and external audits- Assist with various financial projects and analyses- Collaborate with colleagues across different locations- Maintain internal control policies and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance- 3+ years of accounting experience- Insurance or financial services background highly preferred- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Excellent communication and organizational abilities- CPA preferred
