Job Summary/Overview
Will assist in preparation of corporate income tax filings for a growing multinational publicly owned manufacturer.Will also assist in various income tax projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collection and analysis of relevant tax data (for example book to tax differences, state apportionment)Preparation of consolidated group US federal and state tax returns in OneSource Income TaxAssistance with researchCorrespondence with departments of revenueExposure to income tax provisions and OneSource Tax ProvisionCompletion of project related to tax process improvements which will involve collaboration with cross functional global teamsPerformance of other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities
Focus on accuracy with ability to self-review workComfortable escalating questionsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAble to present to groupsActive listener that can interpret instructions given in written and oral formWell organized and able to document work performedWorks well individually and with teamsStrong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPointExperience with tax research tools or income tax preparation software is a plusRequired Qualifications
Recent Graduate or Rising Senior pursuing Bachelor's Degree in AccountingPlans to pursue Masters in Tax or equivalent hours to pursue CPA licenseApplicants must have authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this role.Must be able to work full time from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025
