Registered Nurse (RN) - CCU CWR

Weekly Pay Range - $2256 To $2506 Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Critical Care Unit (CCU), ICU Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years of strong experience in critical care and a background in medical/surgical care License: NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license Certifications: - BLS-AHA- ACLS-AHA- Telemetry certification or competency exam Must-Have: - Experience in ICU CCU high acuity- Ability to float to other ICUs- Covid care experience Job Description: - Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.- Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.- Identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for patients through initial and ongoing assessments.- Initiate assessments based on patient problems or needs, physician medical diagnoses, and the functional health framework.- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage care of patients.- Document care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities.- Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support the adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.- Provide patient-centric care in alignment with the professional nursing practice model.- Float to other ICUs as needed.- Work every other weekend and holidays as needed.- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
