WHO YOU ARE

As the Administrative Assistant you will provide direct administrative/clerical support to the Carlisle Distribution and Manufacturing Center departments as needed. You will coordinate accounts payable, purchasing, budget tracking, month-end reporting, janitorial projects, lease agreements and contracts, and location special events.

WHERE YOU WILL WORK

Carlisle Manufacturing and Distribution Center our 1 million square feet location.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Processes invoices accurately and timely; purchase facility supplies; PO Maintenance; and reconciles and audits purchasing card transitionsPerform necessary corporate reporting and company agreement functionsCoordinate travel requirements, document preparation, meeting setup, filing, package shipment and distribution of checks, related reports and mail.Coordinate customer and vendor visitsProvide additional support to Human Resources as needed - visitor/employee new hire badgesManage I-lobby - which monitors all visitors to the site.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)1-3 years administrative experienceExperience supporting multiple individualsMust be able to complete simple mathExcellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AccessAbility to perform with a high degree of flexibility and adapt to change in the workplaceAble to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing)Maintain confidential or sensitive informationPay great attention to detailAbility to multi-task and complete all duties in a logical and efficient manner

Physical demands

This position is located primarily in an office environment. At times the associate is required to sit for long periods of time.While performing the duties of this job, the associate may need the ability to lift and carry loads up to 20 pounds.Upon occasion, the associate may be exposed to a manufacturing environment and required to wear personal protective equipment.
