As a Sr. Software Engineer on the Agreement Experiences Team, you will own and develop multiple consumer-facing features centered around document interactions. Your contributions will include writing and owning front-end and back-end code into multiple codebases/products.We are looking for a candidate who embodies accountability, dedication, and passion, with an unwavering focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, takes pride in their decision-making, and is committed to quality-driven development.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Engineering.ResponsibilityDevelop performant UI and API code using technologies like React.js and GraphQLIntegrate seamlessly with Tier 0 services within the Docusign ecosystemCollaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, User Experience, and Customer Support teams to create relevant software solutions for partners and customersChampion and improve development and deployment processes by advocating for best practices and conducting thorough code reviewsProvide developer support to address and resolve customer issues promptly and efficientlyWhat you bring
BasicBA/BS degree or equivalent work experience8+ years of industry experience in Software Engineering1+ years of experience with API design in any OOP language (C#/Java/Node.js)3+ years of experience with ReactJS and TypeScriptExperience with public cloud (Azure or AWS)PreferredKnowledge and experience in high-scale, highly available (99.99+) systemsExperience with Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC), XML, JSON or DatabasesExperience with Angular.JSExperience with Microsoft AzureWage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $145,800 - $214,350 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
