Hiring Entry Level - Customer Service/Business Associate

Our firm is seeking a Customer Service/Business Associate who is looking for a career that offers constant coaching, development, and long-term growth. The Customer Service/Business Associate will execute market sales and business development campaigns to further our clients' growth and acquisition targets. We are looking for an entry-level potential employee who will support our fast-growing team.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Business Associate:

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targets
• Communicate directly with consumers throughout the assigned market upon executing business development and sales campaigns
• Coordinate with the Business, Customer Service and Sales Managers to develop new development and marketing strategies based on the assigned territory
• Generate personal performance reports to monitor progress and communicate with leadership any additional coaching and training needed
• Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned
• Communicate confidently with the sales team and other Customer Service/Business Associates to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate client messages
