Salary: $25 - $26 per hour

My client is based in the Software industry and they are looking for an extra hand. This will be a part time opportunity, about 20-25 hrs a week for 90+ days.

Opportunity to earn supplemental income before the holidays!!

Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time AP Contractor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Processing and verifying invoices.
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Preparing and maintaining all accounts payable reports and spreadsheets.
• Managing and reconciling American Express credit card transactions.
• Maintaining vendor files and relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve accounting issues and improve efficiency.
• Performing data entry tasks related to accounts payable.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with financial software systems.
