Job Details:Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Tax Manager to join our dynamic team within the real estate development industry. This role is critical in maintaining our financial health and ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, be detail-oriented, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:

Prepare and file all required tax returns for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all tax laws and regulations.Provide expert tax advice to management to support strategic decision-making.Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Research and analyze complex tax issues, providing clear and concise reports and recommendations.Assist with tax planning and strategy, identifying opportunities for tax savings and efficiency.Review and reconcile tax accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.Assist with tax audits and inquiries, providing necessary documentation and information, and managing the resolution process.Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company is always compliant and knowledgeable about any changes that may affect our operations.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a tax management role, preferably within the real estate development/construction industry.Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations.Proven experience in preparing and filing tax returns, managing tax audits, and resolving tax issues.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to research and interpret tax laws and regulations.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise tax advice to management.Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.High level of integrity and professionalism.
