customer service to our employees with patience, kindness and compassion at all times Respond to HR questions from employees and the leadership team in a timely manner Ensure confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records Manage and conduct the employee onboarding process. Oversee our annual performance reviews, quarterly conversations, and employee performance improvement plans. Maintain Employee Handbook. Manage and administer group health insurance and 401(k). Manage Employee Workers’ Compensation Plan, Claims, and Audits Manage Employee Personnel Files. Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management. Manage the Employee Ethics Hotline. Prepare and complete unemployment inquiries.
