Lead Back Office Fusion Invest Business Consultant. Summary In order to perform the role,
Lead Back Office Fusion Invest Business Consultant
requires: Fusion Invest / Sophis expertise Extensive market knowledge of capital markets, investment management, asset management and financial services in general, as well as Middle and Back Office workflows and processes (including Accounting). Strong communication and client facing skills in order to be able to present and implement the solution and make recommendation according to market standards. A deep understanding of the business drivers of customers. Responsibilities Successfully deliver Fusion Invest implementation projects and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze customer’s current business processes and scenarios, design end-state solution and detailed requirements for the implementation. Specify, present and configure business processes and best practices for customers during Fusion Invest implementations. Provide functional configuration, and best practices recommendations and/or solutions to customers during project implementations. Provide onsite consultancy services, with extensive travelling to the US required. Pro-actively keep up-to-date with the product roadmap and latest developments, upgrades as well as industry trends. Provide input into the development of standards, tools, processes, documentation and templates to standardize and improve the execution of the implementation tasks. Skills, Knowledge & Experience 10-15 years of experience in the financial software industry, with specific focus on middle/back office with capital markets software. Experience with
Sophis / Fusion Invest
is MANDATORY. Buy side experience is a strong plus. Professional services experience with a financial software vendor is a plus. Outstanding relationship management and communication skills. Highly customer focused approach. Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Finance, Financial markets, Computer Science, Mathematics, Corporate Finance, MIS or any related courses, or relevant work experience.
