Join CareRing Health's innovative team, where we deliver primary care to home-bound, dual-eligible (Medicare/Medicaid) patients, ensuring they receive the care they need in the comfort of their homes.
With only 7 patient visits per day, a small patient panel, and a minimum of 30-minute visits, you'll have the time and space to provide the compassionate care your patients deserve.
Feel supported by a dedicated team of health aides, therapists, and nurses who work alongside you to keep patients healthy and help them achieve their care goals.

Delivery comprehensive primary-care to homebound, dual eligible patients in their home Work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, therapists, social workers, and caregivers to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to our patients in their home-conduct patient home visits Develop and implement comprehensive care plans Qualifications
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner state license Master's degree from accredited nursing school Valid drivers' licenses Active DEA license Min 2 years of active Nurse Practitioner experience
