Full-time Rate of Pay:
Depending on experience, $60 - 65k per year Hours of work and days:
Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and be capable of giving expert color, finish, and design advice. Respond to sales and customer service inquiries via phone and follow-up emails, providing assistance with product applications and troubleshooting. Take customer orders through various methods (email, phone, in-person) and standard retail procedures for an appointment-only showroom setup. Host showroom appointments, providing the absolute best customer service experience. Manage and build new and existing client relationships, including but not limited to designers, architects, and contractors. Work with the production team to handle order processing by tinting paints and plasters, as well as preparing them for shipment. Communicate daily with the San Francisco showroom to coordinate order shipments and manage product inventory. Organize the showroom, review the inventory status, clean and maintain all areas and equipment, and arrange stock items. Willing to jump in when and where needed. Additional duties as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Experience in customer support and sales within design and architecture settings, with additional skills in paint and plaster as a bonus. Proficiency in using computers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Developing extensive knowledge across our products. Willingness to take the extra steps needed to exceed our clients' expectations. Displaying a willingness to work along with team members and assist all customers in the showroom. Manage time wisely, work independently, and be a self-motivating proactive worker. Four years of High School with a diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
