Diamondback Fire Protection, LLC. is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Designer to join our growing team! If you have 3+ years of experience in fire protection design and hold a NICET Level 2 or higher certification (preferred), we want to hear from you. This is a primarily remote role with occasional travel requirements to meet project needs. Key Responsibilities: Design fire sprinkler systems in compliance with local codes and standards Coordinate with project managers and engineers Perform system hydraulic calculations Prepare submittal drawings and calculations for approval Provide technical support during the installation process Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in fire sprinkler design Minimum NICET Level 2 certification (preferred) Proficient with design software (e.g. AutoSprink, AutoCAD, and Revit) Knowledge of NFPA standards and local building codes Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Must reside in the Maryland, DC, or Virginia area Benefits: Competitive salary Flexible remote work options Occasional travel to client sites Collaborative and dynamic team environment Opportunity for advancement Seniority level
