EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
AA degree or higher, preferably in accounting or finance.
Work experience is highly preferred but not required (fresh graduates welcome).
Entry-level understanding and skills on bookkeeping.
Good with Microsoft Excel and aptitude to learn office technology.
Knowledge with accounting software is a plus.
Integrity and honesty.
Detail oriented and organized.
DUTIES:
AP/AR data entry.
Routine correspondence with vendors and customers.
Reconcile select accounts and verify billing discrepancies.
Filing and recordkeeping.
Maintain accounting supplies.
On-job training provided. Growth opportunities within the company include accounting specialist and junior accountant.
