Seeking a high-volume clinical recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for multiple clinical roles in the heathcare industry. You will join a team of other RPO recruiters responsible for managing requisition pipelines within a defined territory of assisted living communities, engaging with clinical talent, and ensuring timely placement of at least 6 hires per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a monthly req load of up to 50 clinical requisitions at a time
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates
- Partner with each communities business office managers, executive directors to understand hiring needs
- Schedule interviews, conduct intake calls, and maintain consistent follow-up and clear communication
- Utilize ATS platform (BrassRing) to track candidate movement and metrics
- Maintain compliance with healthcare recruitment standards and protocols such as reference checks, licensures
Qualifications:
- Proven success working in an RPO setting
- Minimum of 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare
- Strong sourcing capabilities across job boards and networks
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and extreme organizational skills
- Must reside within the U.S.
- Ability to work as a 1099 contractor (responsible for your own taxes) (client will provide equipment)
