This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a well-established Hilton property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong team culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel operations, strong financial acumen, and a passion for hospitality leadership. About the Property The Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa Northwest/Oldsmar is a welcoming and well-appointed Hilton property, catering to both business and leisure travelers. Conveniently located between Tampa and Clearwater, the hotel offers easy access to top attractions such as Raymond James Stadium, Clearwater Beach, and Tampa International Airport. 113 guest rooms and suites, plus amenities like a complimentary hot breakfast, outdoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, and business center. Flexible meeting space for small events and business gatherings. Basic Qualifications: Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager overseeing properties generating $2 million+ in revenue Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain a positive team culture Strong commercial acumen with a successful track record in revenue management and sales strategies Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to attract, inspire, and retain top talent Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports to drive strategic decision-making Preferred Qualifications: Hilton brand expertise, with experience in Hilton systems, standards, and operational best practices Proven ability to implement guest service initiatives that enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty What are we looking for?
