The Shenandoah Community School District is seeking qualified applicants for the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach position for the 2025-2026 school year. Applicants must have or be able to obtain a Coaching Authorization or Coaching Endorsement from the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners prior to the start of the season. Candidates need to create a flexible program and establish effective rapport with students to motivate them to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a solid foundation, in accordance with each pupil's ability. Additionally, candidates should establish good relationships with parents and other staff members.
