highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leader
to join our team in
Houston, TX . This individual will be responsible for: ?
Opening new books of business ?
Building strong relationships with key decision-makers The ideal candidate has a
minimum of 7+ years of sales experience , a strong IT staffing and consulting background, and a passion for
closing high-value deals . Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and acquire new clients
to expand Ktek Resourcings customer base. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to
meet and exceed the annual revenue target . Build and nurture
C-level relationships
(CIOs, CTOs, HR leaders, Procurement teams). Present Ktek Resourcings
IT staffing and consulting
solutions effectively to prospective clients. Collaborate closely with
recruitment and delivery teams
to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution. Negotiate
contracts and pricing
to close profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with
industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
to refine sales strategies. Attend
networking events, industry conferences, and professional meetups
to generate leads and build business relationships. Qualifications & Experience: ?
Minimum 7+ years
of sales experience in IT staffing, consulting, or technology solutions. ? Proven track record of
opening new accounts and generating multi-million-dollar revenue . ? Strong knowledge of
IT staffing, technology services, and workforce solutions . ?
Bachelors degree required
(Business, Marketing, or related field). ?
Relevant certifications (e.g., sales, IT, or business development) are a plus . ? Exceptional
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . ? Ability to
work independently, drive results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment . ?
