Empowered Hospitality is on the lookout for a professional Lead Chef for our fantastic hospitality client located in Berkshire County, MA!

Our client's boutique hotel in the Berkshires offers a nature-inspired retreat with a strong culinary focus. Guests enjoy a warm, modern-rustic setting alongside thoughtfully crafted dishes that highlight local ingredients. With a commitment to creativity and quality, its dining experience is at the heart of the property, making it an exciting destination for both travelers and the Lead Chef who looking to showcase their talent!

What We’re Looking For

• Proven work experience as a cook in a fine establishment (3-5 years)
• Multi-venue operational experience a significant plus
• Strong knowledge of seasonal menu development and kitchen operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience training and mentoring staff
• Proven ability to manage food and labor costs while maintaining quality standards
• Experience overseeing vendor relationships and inventory management
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
• ServeSafe Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment)
• Passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction
