The Porsche Shop Leader at Mills Auto Group in Charlotte, North Carolina, will oversee the operations and performance of the Porsche shop, ensuring high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage and lead the Porsche shop team, providing guidance and support
* Monitor shop performance and implement strategies for improvement
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards
* Interact with customers to address any concerns and maintain satisfaction
* Oversee inventory, order supplies, and maintain shop equipment
Requirements
* Prior experience in automotive repair and leadership roles
* Strong knowledge of Porsche vehicles and repair processes
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
