As a
Paraplanner , you can expect to: Act as the primary client relationship manager or work in a support role with the advisor Handle client-facing situations with curiosity and empathy to build trust and client confidence Prepare for client meetings Participate and listen carefully in client and planning meetings and execute or hand off tasks Follow-up with clients as needed Work autonomously within an area of responsibility, as well as collaboratively to contribute to the overall client experience Escalate account or investment problems and bring to the attention of the senior advisor as needed Maintain comprehensive communication records using a contact management system Become proficient in using a variety of portfolio analytics and financial planning software applications Stay current on trends in the financial planning area Research financial planning topics as needed Demonstrate job stability and career progression Qualifications for this role include: Bachelor’s degree 5 plus years in the wealth planning industry, 2 plus years in role Excellent communication and relationship management skills Heavy client facing experience Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and some financial planning software Demonstrated job stability and career progression CFP certification a plus Experience with life insurance, Medicare and tax planning Social Security expertise a plus Get in touch today so that we can get to know you! Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 per year
