experienced Family Physician Assistant (PA) with interest in working with patients with complex substance use disorders .
Come be a part of our dynamic team of providers, which includes a fellowship-trained, board-certified addiction medicine physician, a program coordinator, a certified addiction RN, two peer support specialists, a behavioral health clinician, and a medical assistant who all work as a coordinated team to serve those members of our community with addiction. This program is unique in that it is embedded in a thriving primary care practice which consists of five family medicine physicians and three family nurse practitioners. Minimum Qualifications: Education:
Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with
two years of Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant experience preferred.
MSN required. License/Certifications:
Active Current Physician Assistant license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure, NCCPA certification. Current BCLS required. This position offers: Fully integrated Epic EMR.
