JOB SUMMARY
The Advanced Accessorization Manager will identify and develop a new business model and process for Advanced Accessorization through market research, networking and strategic partnerships. This role involves leading strategy development and product planning, managing financial metrics and analyzing market trends to drive revenue growth and align with strategic objectives. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Development Identify and develop new Advanced Accessorization business model through market research, networking and strategic partnerships Develop and implement business development strategies and integrated processes to achieve revenue targets and optimize delivery and profit Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver compelling solutions Create process to include accessorized vehicles into wholegood RFM profiles, regionally and seasonally Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth Develop merchandising plan to ensure accessorized vehicles are included within the Polaris Retail Experience (PRE) within dealerships Product Development
Lead strategy development and product planning for PG&A Off-Road Advanced Accessorization from concept to inception Partner with Aftermarket & Off-Road teams to define, drive and execute the product roadmap Manage financial metrics, including accessory & labor revenue, gross margins, operating expenses and inventory Analyze market data and trends to identify global market opportunities and align with strategic growth objectives Understand consumer behaviors and track customer satisfaction to meet/exceed expectations Monitor technology trends, regulatory environment, and competitive product development to anticipate opportunities and threats Develop and manage the Long-Range Product Plan (LRPP) and coordinate new product introductions and lifecycle management SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; MBA or graduate degree a plus Minimum 5-8 years of relevant sales, marketing, or product development experience Strong analytical and financial skills Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of generating trust, confidence, and respect from leadership Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to persuade a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership, press, and dealers Strong customer focus Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative market research tools and techniques WORKING CONDITIONS
Standard office environment; hybrid Regular trips to key suppliers, Polaris engineering, and manufacturing facilities Approximately 10% travel required, primarily throughout the US and Canada, with occasional overseas trips
The pay range for Minnesota is $110,000 to $140,000 per year. Individual salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
