Senior Project Manager
to oversee and lead luxury home construction projects. This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple high-value projects while ensuring excellence in execution, budgeting, and scheduling. The
Senior Project Manager
will serve as the key liaison between clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Senior Project Manager – Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of high-end residential construction projects, from pre-construction to completion Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and high-net-worth clients Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local building codes, and luxury construction standards Implement project management best practices, including documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies Lead and coordinate on-site and office teams to streamline communication and workflow Monitor and enforce contract compliance, safety standards, and quality control measures Utilize Procore and other project management tools to track progress, costs, and deliverables Address and resolve construction challenges efficiently while maintaining project integrity Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team Ideal Candidates – Senior Project Manager Extensive experience managing luxury custom home projects, including ground-up builds and large-scale renovations Strong understanding of high-end construction, including homes on pilings and complex architectural designs Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and contract negotiation Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with high-net-worth clients and design teams Proficiency in Procore and other construction management software Exceptional Candidates – Senior Project Manager Have 10+ years of experience as a
