We’re recruiting for an innovative Executive Vice President with a creative mind and quick-wit coupled with a maniacal dedication to ROI of every dollar spent to lead the marketing efforts for the Organizations 1,000+ top loan officers nationwide. You’ll be responsible for national multi-market and cross channel messaging, digital and print campaign generation, and content marketing solutions for our mortgage products and services.
Here’s the experience we’d like you to have: Ability and proven track record of building and leading a premier marketing organization including in-depth understanding of social trends, tools and practices. Firm grasp of developing innovative and relevant marketing programs and marketing practice fundamentals. A maniacal mind for metrics - social media data, email response rates, cost per acquisition, ROI measures – the whole kit and caboodle. Fluency in competitive marketing techniques/disciplines and tracking competitor activities, marketing and advertising trends, etc. Mortgage, finance or real estate experience - or similarly regulated industry a plus but not required. We want your beautiful mind and creative leadership initiative. Self-starter - if you see something that can be better, make it better. Team player – you have to be willing to get your hands dirty. A strong appreciation and fluency with technology and how it is changing the world for the better. Start-up, entrepreneurial attitude and a friend of change.
