The successful candidate will have full responsibility for quality and performance across the organization, including comprehensive performance measurement and improvement activities, patient safety initiatives, infection control, clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance. The VP Quality will also be involved in data analysis, and performance improvement programs, and will work with medical staff services to maintain profiles on physicians. This role requires a leader who can drive clinical improvement, support the implementation of quality programs, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Candidates for the VP Quality position at the company should have a Master's degree in a health-related field, with a preference for those holding a CPHRM or CPHQ certification. A minimum of 3-5 years' progressive hospital leadership experience, with at least 3 years at a director level or above, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in clinical knowledge, performance improvement, management education, staff development, organizational awareness, data analysis, and communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and prior experience in quality and/or risk management is preferred.
