Job Summary
Manage all shipping/receiving, inventory and deliveries for all departments. Safely and efficiently manage all pick-ups and deliveries of materials for warehouse and job sites daily. Assist the Fleet Manager in maintaining a working record of all warehouse inventory, tools, and fleet. Oversee the metal fabrication for your office location.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accurate Materials Received in the Warehouse: Oversee the intake of all warehouse deliveries and confirm that the delivery items are correct and align with the Inventory Check List.
- Manage Heavy Equipment Inventory: Ensure the availability of machinery for equipment flow for production with efficient job routing.
- Maintain Inventory Levels: Receive, track, and manage the warehouse inventory to ensure adequate materials and equipment flow for production. Audit the materials inventory weekly to ensure that materials are fully stocked for jobs. Oversee the check in/out of all Heavy Machinery in the Tool Room/Inventory for job availability.
- Metal Fabrication: Oversee the production of metal fabrication requests to ensure the metal is fabricated to spec for each job maximizing utilization of the metal and job costing per job.
- Fleet Support and Maintenance Records: Support the Fleet Manager by overseeing the overall 'health' of the vehicles by making sure that they are operating efficiently, cleanliness of the vehicle, current maintenance records and daily safety logs.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure mandatory equipment inspections to ensure that all equipment is working properly to be used on jobsites when needed for a job. Properly functioning equipment ensures that Operations has access to operational equipment and does not incur unexpected additional equipment budget expense.

Qualifications, Certifications, Educational Requirements
- Valid Driver's license, Forklift Certification, DOT Certification

- Ability to lift 40+ lbs. repetitively.
- Knowledge of core values of safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Additional Notes
- This position operates in all types of weather. It involves lifting 40 lbs. or more, as well as climbing, bending, and kneeling. This position involves working at significant heights as well as steep slopes.
- This position works for a standard work week but may be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet inventory milestones. Travel may be required.
