Senior HR Manager
Our Client, a Multinational Manufacturing Company in a niche industry, requires a Senior HR Manager to join its team. This is an excellent role for someone looking to cut their commute, have flexibility, but still work in a very senior position.
Location: North County Dublin
Type: Permanent

The Job:
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team.
- Globally network within the Corporation, learning best practices.
- Be an active part of the decision-making process across all departments.
- Lead HR change initiatives and contribute to business activities.
- Manage HR functions on site.
- Support local talent acquisition program.
- Manage site relationships.
- Develop a talent pipeline.
- Support the delivery of training and development plans for the team.
- Ensure implementation of Global HR strategy in alignment with local needs.
- Ability to work through complex issues.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
The Candidate:
- BA in HR or relevant discipline.
- 5 years+ experience working within a Senior HR Management role.
- Ability to use own initiative while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working closely with unions.
- Ability to influence at a Senior Management level.
- Good team player who knows how to work in a team environment.
- Flexible approach to work to collaborate with all business levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
