Responsibilities
- Tax return assembly and delivery.
- Composes, types or transcribes routine correspondence or other writing duties as required/requested.
- Acts as assistant to assigned partner and managers.
- Answers and screens incoming calls for Partners and staff as requested.
- Receives, reads and scans incoming mail to Partner or department staff as appropriate or as requested/required.
- Enters chargeable time, prepares expense reports and handles billing and collections for partners.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime during busy season or when requested, including some weekends.
- Performs other duties, from time to time, as assigned by the Office Manager.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications
- 2 years of clerical or administrative work experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal, organizational and assertive interpersonal skills working with a team.
- Ability to use extreme discretion with highly confidential matters.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime during busy season or when requested, including some weekends.
