Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Western Sales Manager at Alliance Designer Products, ideally in Sacramento, CA. The role involves managing day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and coaching the Western sales team comprising seven territory sales reps.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management skills
- Experience in the Green/Hardscaping industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Western US markets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
