Key Responsibilities: Provide
high-quality nursing care
in accordance with facility and state regulations Assess, monitor, and document
residents' conditions and care plans Administer
medications and treatments
as prescribed Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident care Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety standards What We're Looking For:
Active RN license
in the state of California Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred Strong
clinical skills
and a
resident-focused
approach Excellent
teamwork and communication
skills Ability to adapt to different shifts and facility needs
