Hi
We are looking for a Workday Test Lead for a 6+ month onsite project in Chicago, IL.
- Strong background in global Workday implementations with the ability to lead testing efforts , coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery
- 10+ Yrs of experience in Workday modules.
- Strong experience with workday implementation (HCM Core, Talent, Compensations, Recruitment onboarding and time management) is must.
- Collaborate with the internal team and implementation partners to develop and execute test strategies, ensuring the quality, functionality, and alignment of Workday applications with business requirements
- Work closely with functional teams and business users to define testing objectives based on business needs
- Strong background in test execution and defect management
- Ability to create and execute test plans, and maintain a traceability matrix (RTM) to map Workday requirements to test cases, ensuring all functionalities are tested during the implementation
- Ability to produce testing reports and metrics
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates on testing progress, status, and risks
- Hands-on experience in Workday configurations (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
