Quality Control Inspector/Technician Pay Rate:

Responsible for testing repaired units; inspecting, testing, and assembling/disassembling units. Follow test procedures and accurately document and report findings. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Complete testing functions effectively and timely. Analyze and interpret test data. Maintain productivity and quality standards of personal workmanship according to company objectives. Check functionality of new applications and components under actual operating conditions. Demonstrate professionalism as a quality control associate. Troubleshoot, collect, compile, and analyze information for recommendations. Proficient with ServTrack systems. Follow all safety standards and requirements. Establish and maintain good communication and relations with personnel and management. Support technical, production, and warehouse personnel as needed. Keep management informed of activities and issues, and suggest improvements. Attend meetings and training as required. EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS:
Knowledge of electronic repair and troubleshooting procedures. Ability to follow written procedures and think quickly to solve problems creatively. Ability to update firmware and flash circuit boards. High attention to detail in inspection and troubleshooting. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Must be at least 18 years old. Technical aptitude, manual dexterity, and willingness to learn new equipment and techniques. Experience with hand tools, multimeter, and soldering preferred. Previous electronic assembly/testing experience desired. Accuracy and attention to detail essential. Familiarity with data collection and repair in a technology environment a plus.
