In this role, you will take on essential responsibilities that directly impact the well-being of our residents. What You Will Do: Administer medications and oversee wellness initiatives to promote health and safety. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and staff to ensure optimal care. Lead a team of Medication Technicians and Caregivers, providing guidance on daily tasks. Maintain accurate clinical documentation while supporting compliance with regulations. Your Key Responsibilities: Coordinate services and follow up on physician orders, relaying any changes in resident conditions. Administer medications as directed, documenting any clinical observations or reactions. Supervise care plans to ensure quality service and resident satisfaction. Exercise sound judgment in conflict resolution and decision-making. Update medical records and incident reports as required. What We Look For: Active LPN license in the state of Illinois. CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer skills and proficiency with mobile devices. Preferred Qualifications: Flexibility and adaptability under pressure. Dependability and effective organizational skills.
