Job Description
WHAT YOU GET TO DOHas primary focus on data creation and collaboration with appropriate business recourses to ensure complete and accurate data for over 20 Amcor plantsAct as the back-up for designated team members; adheres to appropriate back-up strategies to ensure there is no disruption to service or department level KPIsSupports daily activities such as data creation and maintenance, analytics, and data mining of system information to support graphics, planning, manufacturing, and supply chain functions; can maintain data to support business transfer activities between all Amcor Food and Healthcare plantsSupport system deployment activities with adherence to project deadlines and data accuracyParticipate in problem solving sessions in order to identify root cause and corrective actionsFollow established business data standards and procedures across the business; maintains a basic understanding of downstream impacts on all departments; invests in cross-functional relationships with plant and corporate partners to improve end-to-end processesCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve escalated issues to customer orders, plant requests, workflow projects and graphics issues in order to meet or exceed customer expectations and deadlinesParticipates in continuous improvement project and data mining activities that promote data accuracy, governance and standard work across all Amcor plantsInterpret and adhere to Amcor standard data processes and comply with service level agreements to support our customer-centric organization; seek out learning opportunities and critical experiences to boarded understanding of standard work and best practicesSupport project work as assigned by project managerAccountable for system data accuracy, integrity, and completeness within multiple Amcor systems including but not limited to WebCenter, GEM, SAP, and internal specification maintenance systems; assists with data governance activities that support system consistency and reliabilityIdentify personal training and growth opportunities; able to interpret documentation required to facilitate data create and maintenance in assigned market segment for a specified product type while adhering to established department KPIsPossess the technical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills required to quickly identify and execute data changes that have a real-time impact to customer products and manufacturing processesAssists with data creation activities to facilitate the onboarding of new customers, supporting all aspects of data creation required to obtain commercial salesWHAT WE VALUE
