Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

To provide support to Amcor Oshkosh North by facilitating daily shipment/receipt of goods and accurately identify material received while ensuring accurate inventory counts are maintained.

SCHEDULE OPTIONS:2-2-3 shift schedule 12 hours rotating shiftCOMPENSATION:

$24.17/hour + $1.20/hour night shift premium available + 1.5x pay on Sundays!WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilitiesPromotes safety culture by positively communicating safety concerns/risks to co-workers, Leads, Supervisors, Managers, visitors, and all others in the facilityImmediately notifies Co-workers, Leads, and Supervisors/Management of Quality concerns/issuesSafety operate forklifts and other warehouse equipmentLoad and unload trailers, when necessaryCollect and load appropriate scrap into trailers for resaleFill in as necessary in other areas of the plantFulfill all duties given them by the Shift Supervisor, and Operations ManagerKeep plant dumpsters emptiedStretch wrap pallets for Finished Goods and WIPMaintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area in and around the inventory storage areaUse safe behavior in all aspects of positionKeep working area neat, clean, and orderly; clean the plant and warehouse floorsFollows all GMP, ISO, and PPE proceduresParticipate in and supports Kaizen teamsKnowledge of procedures, work instructions and associated forms as required by the Key Area LeaderComplete miscellaneous department tasks assigned by the Area SupervisorAssume additional job related projects and tasks as they are assignedWHAT WE VALUE
