OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING CLERK ROLE:

• Input in-house, wire transfers, lockbox receipts, and research unidentified items.
• The Accounting Clerk will reconcile AR subsidiary ledgers and general ledger control accounts; assist with month-end balancing.
• Process client refunds, write-offs, and assist the collections manager with cash collections, sending statements, reminders, and invoices.
• The Accounting Clerk will use ARCS software for collection activities and resolve system issues.
• The Accounting Clerk will handle client billing/payment inquiries and provide documentation to resolve matters.
• Perform other duties as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING CLERK ROLE:

• Must be proficient in Excel.
• Good with basic math.
• Ability to work & interact with all practice groups throughout the Firm.
