OVERVIEW

Cadrex is searching for a Production Operator who will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring the production process, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations. Your attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and ability to follow instructions accurately will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our manufacturing operations. By producing high-quality products and maintaining a clean and organized work environment, you will play a vital role in our continued success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOperate production machinery and equipment, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelinesMonitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and efficiencyPerform routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and prevent defectsFollow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production targets and deadlinesConduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet established specifications and quality standardsAccurately record production data, including quantities, downtime, and any deviations from the normCollaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gainsMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Comply with all safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe working environmentContinuously seek opportunities to improve skills, knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the production departmentRequirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with operating production equipment and machinery is desirableStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate machinery and handle materialsBasic computer skills for data entry and production documentationStrong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisorsPhysical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periodsFlexibility to work different shifts and overtime as neededCommitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment and following established safety protocolsEDUCATION
