Exceed assigned sales revenue goals and brand key performance objectives.Conduct presentations and convey complex scientific, reimbursement, and business information fluently to assigned targets.Develop local, regional and national KOLs in assigned territory.Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted medical centers, pharmacies, physicians, and other key stakeholders.Maintain expertise in all patient-related services and provide guidance to HCPs and accounts.Develop and maintain relevant disease state knowledge and competitive product knowledge.Possess the technical aptitude to comprehend complex clinical data.Territory Planning & Reporting

Analyze performance, business trends, and promotional budgets; develop and execute business plans.Prioritize field activities to maximize effort.Prepare reports and presentations for management.Utilize the CRM System to maximize efficiency.Development & Administration

Incorporate coaching feedback and take ownership for continued personal development.Ability to sell both face-to-face and virtually.Display a positive attitude through challenges and change.Manage budget for territory within assigned Company guidelines.Significant experience in oncology sales and key account management.Proficiency in working with specialty drugs via a HUB distribution model is preferred.Launch experience and proven track record of successful performance.Clinical Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of oncology treatments and emerging trends in oncology is preferred.A proven track record of successfully managing and expanding key accounts.Strategic Thinking in Oncology

Implement strategic plans specific to LYMPHIR.Support customers with reimbursement and payer issues.Collaboration

Ability to collaborate with oncology experts and cross-functional teams within the organization.Ability to function effectively in an evolving start-up organization.Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in related field.Oncology Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hematology/oncology or rare disease experience.Clinical Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of oncology treatments and therapeutic areas.Established Relationships:

Proven track record of managing and expanding key accounts.Market Analysis:

Strong analytical skills for assessing market dynamics and trends.Reimbursement and HUB Support:

Significant understanding of Infusion/Buy and Bill reimbursement.Technology/Equipment:

Strong knowledge of VEEVA systems.EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $215,000.
